Ketsia Chavarria: "Twist Print has helped us to technify methodologies"

"We were able to implement Twist Print a couple of months ago and it has helped us achieve better control of the resources we have, as well as more complete monitoring of the processes we develop in our printing plant," says Ketsia Chavarria, in charge of quotations and implementation at Ardisa Nicaragua.

Since the implementation of Twist Print, the operating system for the graphics industry, which she has led, the printing company has obtained global information management at an interdepartmental level. According to her, the advantage of Twist Print is that being an online system, it frees some departments and people from excessive workloads, allowing other users to manage themselves.

Although there are technical details to improve, the Quotation and Implementation Manager states that they have achieved immediate goals regarding the ordering. In addition, the work staff of the software stands out. "One of the reasons why we stay with this system is because of the team of collaborators it has, we believe that the tools and particularities of the system are indeed useful for daily work, but this would not have value without a team willing to resolve as soon as possible our concerns and problems".

Chavarria tells us that in Central America, the printing industry still maintains artisan processes in the production lines as well as in the sales and expenses records, so Twist Print "has helped us to technify the work methodologies in Ardisa Nicaragua".
